@Albert Allen , It just means that the house is not up for sale.

Send the letters, I would strongly suggest clicking the Conuty website link so you can see if there is a variance in the Mailing Address vs. the Property Address, you can also see (thru the same link) if there are property taxes due on the property.

I have a potential property to wholesale but the property was left to several siblings and 1 is homeless and the other siblings don't know his whereabouts!

@Tanya Jayakom  @Chip Towner  is right as I tried to lookup info on redfin and came up with nothing!

In searching I see that he has uploaded a newer version about 2 weeks ago

So i will definitely check it out.

I do use the comps to the best of my newbie ability from Zillow of past sales. Trulia's number as far as estimates just look outrageous but if I'm wrong please let me know. I've looked at Realtor.com as well and I'm not sure about the estimates to the right of the property and the numbers displayed on that site also seem skewed!

@Walt Payne do you know of any other resources to use?

I appreciate all of your advice and suggestions

Thanks for the tips everyone, I really appreciate it. I currently use a spreadsheet that was downloaded form the download section that was created by a Mr. Larson.
@KEITH NUGENT, are you able to share you rehab spreadsheet?
