Eunice,

Don't feel like a failure! Multifamily deals are a whole new ball game – it's a common misconception that you can just scale up your single-family approach. The good news is, with your experience and equity built, you're in a fantastic position to jump in.

The key thing to remember with these larger deals is that they're rarely done solo. They involve teams with complementary expertise. Finding a mentor who's already carved a path in commercial real estate will be invaluable. They can guide you through the process, help you avoid costly mistakes, and introduce you to the right networks.

If you're serious about making the leap, I'd love to chat and see how I can help connect you with the resources and mentorship you need. Shoot me a message and we can schedule a quick call to explore your options further.

I'm in the same boat (looking for a good GC), although I'm looking at tiny home development.  Will let you know when I find one.

Looking for a General Contractor/partner near the Treasure Coast of Florida for a Tiny Home Development Proof of Concept. These are 3D printed 700-750 SF concrete homes that stand up to CAT 5 Hurricanes and have a carbon positive footprint!

Please contact me ASAP if interested.

Have you thought about doing something more passive, like investing in a syndication?  This will allow to to further diversify, both geographically and investment type.

Reach out if you'd like to discuss.

Best,

Rey

Definitely look into multifamily - either as a passive or active partner. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about it.

Hi Terry,

Definitely look into syndications - either as a passive or active partner.

Feel free to reach out if you have additional questions on syndications!
