New to BP & Real Estate Investments

Howdy!

I’m new to Bigger Pockets and looking for my first real estate rental! I’m hoping to pick up my first multi family ASAP. I’ve already purchased a few books and hope to gain some knowledge here on the forum as well.

Some background: I’m a FL State Licensed Roofing Contractor. I sold my first roofing company down in South Florida back in 2020 and used the funds to relocate my family and live a debt free lifestyle.  I had a rental down south which I sold to eliminate my mortgage down there before we sold the company.

Moving to a new area with zero contacts, zero knowledge of the area, and zero income was scary for us. Now that my income is more steady, I’m ready to invest and build my portfolio.

Any contacts or advice in the area is greatly appreciated!

Gary

Welcome Gary!  I'm a realtor and investor here in Jacksonville and would be happy to connect.  Shoot me a PM and we can set something up!

I was already planning on reaching out to you tomorrow! I’ll give you a call. What’s a good time to contact you?
