Just found out about wholesaling 3 weeks ago and jumped right in the next day. By this time next year id like to have replaced my full-time income.

Im about 3 weeks into my wholesaling journey with no leads and im just trying to figure out the best way to use my limited capital. So far I've been targeting a list of 700 High equity, absentee owners. I've sent them all post cards, and i've cold called 300 names in the list with no leads yet. I plan on calling the rest of them this weekend. After I call the rest of them Im looking to send out another mailing. Would it be worth it? Im thinking it might be better to save the money and just start back at the top of the list and cold call them all again. Im really just so hungry for my first deal, but my time is limited as I work 50 hours a week as well as attend community college. Thoughts/tips?

@Alex Shin How has your experience with doorknocking been? Id love to try but its intimidating. Im only 20 years old I feel like i wont be taken seriously as a "cash buyer", and thinking of being bombarded with questions i may have no answer to is holding me back.

@Alex Shin Appreciate the motivation! Right after this post I actually just got my first lead! They are moving out this month and said he give his sister my number who will be in charge of the property. Hearing numbers like 4500 calls and 1200 doors is stifling, but when it comes down it even if it took 10k calls, that first deal would be worth it.

New to the game and im trying to get my first deal under contract but im getting a bit discouraged! Ive been strictly cold calling as i dont have the capital for mail, but I've had so many people tell me they get multiple calls every single day, and that they will never be interested. How can a newbie compete in this market?

Hi guys just starting out. Ive just purchased a list of 450 absentee owners in the area, but im a bit confused on how to use yellowletters.com. Do i essentially have to input all of the information myself or can I upload my list some way and have it done for me? Sorry for the dumb question thanks!
