@Esteban Jimenez Click on the app daily and read half way through 1 forum. Not on BP long enough as I should be though. Plus, I haven’t been posting here to much because I’m still learning the app. I just need to fully indulge myself in this app.

@Jevin Subedi I’m also looking to house hack too. Before I do I want to build capital and learn more about it. Check out the book “The House Hacking Strategy “ by Craig Curelop. I haven’t read it yet because I was trying to read some other books first but it’s a must read before I start house hacking.

The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Getting Started.

I just finished this book and I’m amazed at how broke down a lot about real estate and made it so simple. I feel as though I have a better understanding on real estate now.
