Currently, I'm in my real estate journey where I signed a contract for a year's stay at an apartment because I didn't find a property to house hack in time. I was wondering how can I get out of an apartment contract to live in my first house hack?

We need someone to draft up as-built of an existing home in Scottsdale and Chandler Arizona. Around 2000 sqft each.

I need a digital file as a DWG or something comparable to a CAD.

Any referrals?

Let me know.

@Nick Anderson I wouldn’t discredit his comment. I would listen to what he have to say and the counter arguments to his point. Plus, listen to other people comments on the Real Estate Bubble. Then, find the answer so if he happen to be right I know how to pivot from that.

Comp the property and see how much the ARV would be and how much some as-is properties are similar to the property. Once you have those numbers see how much of a spread you can get from the deal.

@Fidencio Velasco, I've been having some high highs and low lows. I've started 4 months ago and haven't gotten a deal yet but, the people I met, the things I've learned, and the growth are irreplaceable. One of my goals for this year was to move to Arizona and I made it happen. It would have been easy to give up especially when you have friends and family telling don't go yet or stop chasing this wholesale dream and get a job. The fact that I'm still on this path of getting my first deal is amazing. I'm loving the person I am becoming.

@Fidencio Velasco Check out the book, "If You Can't Wholesale After This." Great to book start with. The Wholesale Inc podcast gives you practical things to do to improve your business and keep you motivated when you go a long period without a deal. You can connect with people on BiggerPockets, Facebook Groups, Meet Up, REIA meetings, and just going out and talking to people.

@Pedro Marcano I'm not in your area but, check out the book, ” If You Can't Wholesale After This.” Todd Fleming will tell you what are some good questions and responses when you visit or call the title companies/attorneys. You can find title companies/attorneys on Google, asking a realtor, wholesaler, investor, and there are some on BiggerPockets.
