@Terence Nash How do you find the time to still go out actively look for properties or meet with sellers and do all the necessary paperwork?

@John Cardis Ultimately its going to be between You & the Seller, Every situation is different if you find a good deal and a motivated seller you can probably get away with putting some earnest money down I've heard some investors get away with literally putting an earnest deposit of 50$ lol. But it all falls back to my first sentence between you & seller.

Really educate yourself and attend your local REIA meet ups so you can network with kind people that are willing to give great advice. And don't be discouraged by people telling you you can't do something only because its not the way they did it.

Good Luck!

Attend your local reia meet ups so you can network with like minded individuals.

Your fee should already be included when you offer a potential investor the deal.

Also listen to the BP podcasts if you haven't already there is a TON of great advice.

Im still pretty new as well but i hope i was able to help a little.

Good Luck @Lawrence Patterson

Network.Network.Network

Im also new in the business but basically everyone is saying go out and network & meet new people don't rely on one person to bring you a buyer. This is a place where people come to get advise & tips not get told they are liars and dissevers only because everything isn't being done the way they did it.Some people don't understand not everyone is a veteran at this and everyone starts off as a rookie lol. Don't be discouraged and good luck on your deal & hope all goes well.

Richard Morton Good deal man that sounds pretty cool, You can never get enough information about the business so it's always good to keep learning, where is this meet up taking place at the one on October 1st?

Hey richard welcome to BP I'm a new investor we are pretty much on the same boat here.I would suggest going to local reia meet ups here in atlanta so you can network with like minded individuals.

I plan on going to my first one on the next date they have set up.
