Lyle, a few weeks back I came across an article on the web that talked about transferring LLC's and how to go about doing it.

Here is the link: https://www.legalzoom.com/articles/can-an-llc-tran...

Not sure if it'll help, but it won't hurt to give it a look! Best of luck to your success in 2017 as well.

Best,

Isaac.

Michael, welcome to Austin! I see that you're interested in doing fix and flips, awesome. If you ever need someone to do the dirty work for you during the rehab process, let me know! I am willing to work for free in exchange of knowledge. Teach me a thing or two about real estate investing and I will be more than happy to do the dirty work. How does that sound? Once again, welcome to Austin!

Good morning Biggerpockets crew, I'm glad to be here again! I'm blessed to have another opportunity to learn valuable information from all the individuals that have decided to take a step towards the betterment of their lives and potential financial freedom (which is what everyone dreams of, right?!)

I want to share what I'm going through at this point in my life with all of you because this community has had an amazing impact on my life and I want to thank you all for that.

Recently, I decided to not continue to go to college. It's not that I didn't like school, I was actually an A student all my life! However, I came to a conclusion that a college career is not something I'm truly passionate about. What I'm passionate about is REAL ESTATE INVESTING. I'm looking at the bigger picture here. Just like Robert T. Kiyosaki explains in his book "Rich Dar Poor Dad" (which I'm sure you've all read by now) I saw a college degree as a way to feel secured. I don't want to feel safe, at least not yet! I want to get out of my comfort zone and put everything - all my energy, all my resources, all the knowledge - into what I'm truly passionate about, which is real estate.

I can't picture myself working behind a desk for long hours just to be making someone else's dreams come true. I want to be the CEO of my life and I want to build financial freedom before the age of 25. Yes, you heard that right and I'm not afraid of saying it. I'm 19 years old and I want to be financially free before the age of 25. Not only for myself, but for my family as well. As Grant Cardone (aka uncle G) says, success is my duty, my obligation, and my responsibility!

With all of that being said, I hope this in some way or another motivated you, even a little bit, to go after your goals wholeheartedly! In these next few months, expect to see me here a lot. I am going to go all in and if any of you have the same mentality, please connect with me! I want to interact with people who are passionate about their dreams.

Best,

Isaac.

Kelby, thank you so much for your reply! It would be my pleasure to have you walk me through that type of a project. I'm open to any type of activity that will increase my knowledge in real estate. If you ever do another flip in the future, let me know. My services will still be available! @Kelby K.

Hello, Austin members! If any of you flippers are looking for a strong, motivated, flexible, and hard-working individual to do the dirty job of rehabbing a house, that is taking out cabinets, tearing down walls, landscape work, painting, anything pretty much, then I'm your guy. I would be willing to help you and I would totally do it for FREE! All I would ask in return is for you to teach me a thing or two about real estate investing or you let me job shadow you for a day. That's literally all I want in return. No money, just knowledge. Comment down below if you need someone like me!

Hello, Jim. Thank you so much for your reply! @Jim Robertson. That is exactly what I was thinking about doing. That is the one of the reasons why I joined the Biggerpockets forum, so I can hopefully find a mentor that would be willing to team up with me. I'm young and I'm not an expert at this, but oh boy am I willing and ready to learn!

Hello, Biggerpockets community! My name is Isaac Huerta and I live in Austin, TX. I am 19 years old and I am currently a college student pursuing an Accounting degree. As the tittle says, I am undocumented and I am fascinated by real estate investing. I really want to fully dive in into real estate investing and get started on the journey of creating financial freedom for myself and for my family. I have been listening to Biggerpockets' podcasts a lot, reading their blogs, watching YouTube videos, and reading/watching anything that involves investing. I love it and I have learned a lot, however, I am finding it very difficult to take any sort of action as most paperwork require proper documentation. The reason I wrote this forum is because I want to ask you guys if there is any way I can work my way around this? I am eager to take action guys! Please help me out, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
