Hello, Austin members! If any of you flippers are looking for a strong, motivated, flexible, and hard-working individual to do the dirty job of rehabbing a house, that is taking out cabinets, tearing down walls, landscape work, painting, anything pretty much, then I'm your guy. I would be willing to help you and I would totally do it for FREE! All I would ask in return is for you to teach me a thing or two about real estate investing or you let me job shadow you for a day. That's literally all I want in return. No money, just knowledge. Comment down below if you need someone like me!

Hello Isaac,

You have the right approach to gaining knowledge... Find creative ways to add value to others who have done what you'd like to do. I likely won't need the help that you're offering, but in a just over a week we will close on a property that is a complete tear down so if you're interested in walking through that type of a project from start to finish feel free to message me. I enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge with smart, young and hungry folks with similar mindsets.

I imagine you'll get a handful of people from BP that are also willing to share experiences.

All the best,

KJ
