I live in Central NJ. I have no idea what area should I be choose to start my direct mail marketing campaign. I want to pick a zip code and be persistent with my mailers, hoping to find at least one deal before the end of the year. Can you help me?

A subject I would like to understand better too. Agree, higher interest rates, weakening economy, affordability etc. are going to put a downward pressure on the the home prices.See how a mere mention of 'tapering' affected the markets couple of days back. How long can they keep the interest rates artificially low? Sooner or later they gonna have to put a break to do that, one would think. I am really interested in watching what Fed does in the coming months or years.

I listen to it during my commute to/from work. I think 1 hour is just enough when we think about the attention span (which I think is about 40 mins per research) of most people.
