@Jorge Borjas is right @Katriel C. Sarfati.
The event last night he spoke about is this one http://www.meetup.com/NW-Atlanta-REI-Meet-Up/event...

I currently wholesale here with about 50+ off market homes coming under our contract each month. All here in Georgia.

I'd love to share market knowledge, connections and any resources you need to assist in opening your new market.

Feel free to reach out, all my contact info is in my Bio.

Good Luck!

Best thing about this site is most all active investors are constantly checking in here. Make sure to have a plan of networking and always be posting.

Best of luck to you!

Kevin,

I have 50+ Off Market, investor priced homes for sale every month.
Always direct to the seller,  I won't get my deals daisy chained from other wholesalers.

PM me your email and best contact number. Lets chat about how I can show you exactly what you are looking for in Georgia.

Thank you,

Austin Stack

@Wayne Brooks
I read part of the new law, though I am not an attorney.

All I know is that it is slowing down closings..

Most, if not all, active investors have notice that there is a new step we have to take in order to close.

We now have to wait 10 days and pay $10 to make sure there are no outstanding water bills on a property. Which is slowing down the process for investors to close quickly.

I have two questions for this

1. How can we fix or mitigate the time it takes?

2. What counties does it effect? - One of my buyers is saying it is a longer wait in Fulton county than in others... Is this true?

I would recommend PatLive as well. They are good at what they do. Make sure to have a well thought out script/process for them to follow.

@Ugwu Uche

The office I would recommend is one of the top in the SouthWest. Headed by Kim Yates.. Yates Estates, which is a KW office partnered with people like Michael Maher.
Best thing about this the way it's structured - I am part of the investment arm working to buy and sell real estate Off Market at investor prices. The other side is working with end buyers.

PM me for my contact info, lets talk about bringing you in for an interview.

P.s This KW office feeds you apppointments every week... Virtually no other office is doing this for their agents
