@Perri Kallergis @Steve G.
I use Halperin Lyman, LLC in Atlanta to setup LLC's and do closings, I know they work with many overseas investors (as we are the ones who bring them in). I am sure they will be able to help you navigate the waters you seek.

@Dan Wynn
Suncoast LLC is also the one I would recommend... they also do good construction work. We have closed over 35 wholesale deals with them and use them for everything.

@David Robertson

Welcome! BP is the best place to get the connections and information you need to be successful in REI.

Atlanta is a great market, so much new construction going up every week! www.curbed.com is a great resource to utilize; it shows you what's going on around town.
I'm in the trenches vetting homes, selling and buying. I can assist with knowledge only an active wholesaler would know.
Simply reach out.

The most reliable one I have found is Halperin Lynman. They have offices close to downtown and one by perimeter mall.
I like using Tonya there because she is on top of her stuff, currently she is training a new assistant but that person is getting the hang of their new job quickly.
She is a good friend and we use her for closing over 20 wholesale deals a month.

Hope that helps!

Eugene,
I use Matt L, so do the majority of my investors.
PM me if you'd like his info. There is no one I recommend because he is so on his game.

Welcome to BP @Rob N.
Great to see you are looking to make a move to improve your quality of life. I came to Atlanta from Chicago for the solo purpose of building a life as a wholesaler, investor. Which has worked out fantastic!

We have many many properties every month and have great connections & information; I'd love to share if you decide to move here.

Reach out if you think I could be of help.

Best of luck!

p.s..... you create your own luck ;)

@Paolo Ruggieri

This is pretty interesting.

I wholesale here in GA and have a few clients who have asked me to coach them. So I do for a small fee. The larger benefit I have feel into is exactly what you just explained.

Students (paying and not) bring me homes under contract to sell and we do a quick turn around.

The most important is that you have the knowledge to teach them. Make sure YOU have been in the living room negotiating deals, that you are able to tell them good practices and how to market etc.

If you have the knowledge, people (like Terri) are more than happy to follow you.
