Simon Campbell just a quick question based on this post. I agree with your reply period. So, is it better to target owners who purchased property 7 to 10 years ago?? just general search or I have to look for % of equity owners or don't matter? reply

Hello, I want to target Absentee Owners for units, apartments. is better to target who own units for 10 or 20 years ownership? Might owe little or no loans at all.
Or Who acquired properties lets say in the last 3 to 5 years, I heard that these people get burn out being a landlord. Ideas?
Have you you tried or experienced??

Hello, I am here in Los Angeles county, any websites or do I have to go to court TO GET EVICTION LISTS??. I need the homeowner and property info. I don't care about the Tenant. I am looking to target these homeowners. reply or thanks.

Hello, I am an Active Investor, But I am confused with Gurus or Investors saying that they are closing shortsale flips, a to b, b to c with Revocable trust or land trust here in California?

Can someone explain is this is true? And the Process???
