Hello, I want to target Absentee Owners for units, apartments. is better to target who own units for 10 or 20 years ownership? Might owe little or no loans at all.
Or Who acquired properties lets say in the last 3 to 5 years, I heard that these people get burn out being a landlord. Ideas?
Have you you tried or experienced??
