I just completed a shortsale with ocwen, even though trying to get updates from them where a pain and them putting you on schedule calls every 5 to 7 days.

I was able to neg my shortsale on a house that was worth 245k to 85k.

When the service providers switched from chase to ocwen the whole process to

3 months to complete

CHERYL WHAT state was your property in md or dc I'm told that their is no more 90 day rule if you are rehabbing the property in maryland.
