Wayfinder Homes LLC is hosting this virtual training event with Zach Beach with Smart Real Estate Coach to talk about creative financing. Zachary went from a bartender to a Real Estate Expert, Coach, and 3x bestselling author of Real Estate on Your Terms, The New Rules of Real Estate Investing, and Sell With Authority for Real Estate Investors. He's the CEO of Smart Real Estate Coach, a partner in multiple 7-figure businesses, and co-host of the Smart Real Estate Coach and Not Just A Transaction podcasts. At the age of 25, Zach decided to leave the world of bartending and personal training and jump into the family business. It was one of the first big risks that he took in his life, as nothing was guaranteed. Plus, he knew absolutely nothing about real estate. Through hard work, in-house training, and implementation, Zach has now completed over 100 deals and, on top of that, he coaches students around the country on how to buy and sell property just like his family still does. This event is a super casual meetup to hang out to talk about life & real estate investing. This special event is a collaboration between the Triad Women's Real Estate Investors Group with Wayfinder Homes LLC and Daniel Johnson's real estate investors meetup that normally meets on the third Thursday of every month at Fiddlin' Fish Brewing Company.

WHAT: This workshop will be more geared towards real estate agents who would like to help represent clients in brokering creative financing deals, however a lot of this information will also apply for investors looking to represent themselves for creative financing deals.

WHERE: This event is being held in person for members of the Wayfinder Homes brokerage firm, however we will be streaming this training session live to the public. See below for the Zoom link info.

WHY: Being able to help buyers with creative financing transactions can be incredibly helpful when interest rates are high or when we start seeing sellers in distressed situations. The intention is to be able to help prepare agents to better help their clients by giving them additional tools and skill sets.

 Hi Tiffany! If you haven't joined our group yet here is the link we do monthly meetups and try to alternate coffee/daytime with drinks/happy hour and I am starting to do more structured events in between with speakers and what not so lots of networking events coming up! 

Hi Jake I am a real estate investor and a real estate broker/owner for a brokerage firm based out of Winston Salem, NC. Part of our company service is helping investors with buying and selling real estate, but our team members also serve as consultants and can help provide guidance in the world of real estate investing.
