Iam looking to start investing in realestate and wanted to start by wholesaling any information you can give me will b helpfull
My Plans
1 Talk to a realestate attorney about creating a contract that I can assign and/or trade with outs in it in case I dont get it traded
2.get my buyers list
3 find houses that are distressed and negociate a deal
Taking in to account ARV holding time fix up cost closing cost loan cost. To make it easier to assign
Any thing u can ad will be great in need of a mentor and saw u were interested

Currently a Merchant Marine
New to real estate investing looking to learn the ropes.
Attended a local rich dad siminar and enjoyed every minute of it (3 day seminar)
Cant get enough information about RE investing
Will be going to the local REI club to continue networking hope to help someone currently in RE investing while being taught by them and making money at the same time.
Have read a few books
And right now really focusing on proving to myself and other that I am ready to start this journey and put in the work necessary to be successful
Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated
