Post: Venmo disputed rent payments

Hello community, one of the tenants decided to dispute past VENMO rent payments, he is claiming that he had not , but Venmo is now asking us to pay back and until then the account is frozen, and each time someone pays us, it will be going towards the balance, of course, I am disputing, its unheard of. Anyone has experience with that?? He had been paying with venmo in the past 3 years, and how is it possible that Venmo even allows it to happen??Thank you,

I would keep the paid off property for sure, with the high rates and tax you have to pay for selling unless doing an exchange, would keep and get another rental .

Good luck!

Hi there,

I have a tenant that has been renting for several years now, we intend to make a ADU and JDU and renovate, the property is in Los Angeles, CA , and the lease ended and is a month to month,

I want to serve a 60 days notice to the tenant to move out, is there a special form, notice you can share? Is it possible now to serve that notice?

Would appreciate any advice,

Thank you,

Hi community , I am checking to see how you are dealing with tenants who keep clogging the bathrooms, I have some rentals in California and some in Ohio. But I have this very same tenant who stays at home with many friends , etc and always complainign about clogged bathroom, I am not sure its my duty to be there all the time helping with the same issue.

How are you handling plumbing issues with your tenants?

Thank you !
