Hey, has anyone actually wholesaled here in Massachusetts recently? Ive been hearing all of people say that they have or they did but anyone do this recently? If so, could you kind of say how it went down. How you found the deal,how you closed it, maybe how much you made, etc?

Ok. But what do you do when a seller wants to close using his attorney?

Hi. I have been trying to  wholesale for a couple of months now, and I have a question regarding closing a wholesale transaction ( assignment of contract or double closing). Now, I have found an attorney that said she might be able to close on those transactions, but what if I dont even close with this attorney? Alot of sellers that I may get a contract with will prob want to use their attorney to close. How would I be able to wholesale with their attorney if their attorney is not familiar with wholesaling transactions? Would be a big help if anyone wholesales regularly that might help me.

In Massachusetts I believe you need an attorney to close RE transactions

Hey Im in Massachusetts having trouble finding a title company that does assignment of contract and double closing. From what i heard you actually need an attorney to close RE deals. What title company or attorneys do you use to close deals?
