closing with attorneys in Western Mass.

Hi. I have been trying to  wholesale for a couple of months now, and I have a question regarding closing a wholesale transaction ( assignment of contract or double closing). Now, I have found an attorney that said she might be able to close on those transactions, but what if I dont even close with this attorney? Alot of sellers that I may get a contract with will prob want to use their attorney to close. How would I be able to wholesale with their attorney if their attorney is not familiar with wholesaling transactions? Would be a big help if anyone wholesales regularly that might help me.

Thanks

If they are not familiar with wholesale transactions DO NOT USE THEM. Especially with all the talk about is wholesaling legal. Find the nearest REIA to you and attend a meeting. Everything and everyone you need to do real estate is there. That's why REIAs where created. If a closing attorney that works with investors is not there then ask someone they will direct you to the ones they use. That's how I got my attorney.
