Is anyone using www.propertysolutions.com management software?

Do you know the rules regards foreigners investing in property America?

We believe new owners will take over our position and run it themselves.( No Offer on the table yet. Well over priced.)Which leaves my wife and I in limbo for the future. As our country population is small there are limited positions that come up. More through our network that we would find something.

Saying that, we don't have children so are free to pack up and move offshore if the opportunity came along.

Buildium or appfolio? Who do you think is the best software to use and Why? Or do have an alternative.

Hi, You are probably thinking two things, Where is New Zealand or that's a long way from the USA to be interested in Real estate. I am finding biggerpockets is a treasure trove of amazing people and information.

I am a property manager and Building Manager with 153 apartments here in Auckland NZ and looks like our contract is coming to an end unfortunately. (They are selling it) So it can't hurt to network even if I am 12 hours away.

Anyway loving it so far and HELLO AMERICA.
