Hey @Eddie Gonnella @Garvey Melmed and @Pete Collier - It's great to finally see some interest brewing over this idea! Very exciting. Wednesdays would work out just fine for me, I don't see why the last Wednesday of the month couldn't work! I think an in-person meeting would be great, but could do a Zoom call this first time if that's what everyone prefers. Although I will say there is this place in Ellsworth called Casa Jalisco that would be a great place for the meetings. Let me know what you guys think, I can set up another Meetup Event on here once we confirm. Looking forward to it!

We'll start at 6:00pm at the THIRSTY WHALE (40 Cottage St. Bar Harbor, ME 04609). We'll begin with round table introductions and then continue on to network and socialize for the remainder of the evening. This will be a very informal event as it is our first official meetup and everyone will just be getting to know each other.

Our meetings are free and to keep it that way we do ask that you buy a drink or some food (or both) and take good care of the server/bartender so we can continue to use the space for free. Over time perhaps we can find a more permanent venue but I think this would be a great place to start. All levels of investors are welcome, from newbies to the well seasoned.

We will meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, leaving this upcoming meeting to take place on April 11th. Come with any notes / ideas, or any topics in real estate you'd like to discuss as you prepare to meet like minded people who are or want to be in the Real Estate industry here on the Island.
