Hey Karene,

My one SFH in Waco is doing very well.. I've heard multi-family in the Baylor Bubble is a different story! I do plan on buying another one. I'm hoping for a correction in the market sometime in the near future.

Anybody on here with eyes on Waco, TX? Can anybody shed some light on what the market looks like right now during COVID-19? I currently own a property there and it seems to be doing well. I am ready to come get another one. Agents/Prop Managers/Investors...Thoughts?

I'm also living in Santa Barbara and just got started investing in property. I'm working in restaurants full time right now with ambitions of becoming a full time investor. I closed my first deal in August and am getting ready to purchase more SFH's. Right now my target market is Memphis, TN. I learned a lot so far and would love to hear how your education is going.

I am living in Downtown Santa Barbara working a whole bunch between two restaurant/bar gigs. I just purchased a rental out of state and am cashflowing. I am on the hunt for the next one right now and will purchase once I get this next tax return.
