Anybody on here with eyes on Waco, TX? Can anybody shed some light on what the market looks like right now during COVID-19? I currently own a property there and it seems to be doing well. I am ready to come get another one. Agents/Prop Managers/Investors...Thoughts?

I currently live in Houston, but Waco is my hometown. I have MLS access in both markets. Texas in general is still very strong with low inventory and high rents. Waco is not an exception to that.
