Hey all!

Thank you for being a part of this great community - BiggerPockets has taught me so much.

I am currently a student at UCSB that has been managing my own 'creative vacation rentals' over the past 4 years for fun and profit. This has given me some financial freedom but I am looking to take it up a notch with the cash flow that I've saved up to this point.

Would love to meet some of the other investors in the area - I have some cool plans for a high ROI investment strategy in the area and would love to discuss.

Please reach out if you're active in the community here - let's meet up for coffee/lunch on me (or look at some properties together)!!
