Looking for referrals for some tried and true, genuinely stellar turnkey companies to send to my parents. They want to get into real estate, albeit a bit more passively than the route I'm taking. They live in San Diego, so they'll want something out of state, landlord friendly, w/ great numbers. I really don't want to send them anything less than an incredible organization as a referral, so if you got any knockouts, send them my way!

Hi all! 

I'm doing research to find a market with good job/population growth. I know bls.gov has this general info, but I'm looking for news/announcements that are specific to counties and cities. i.e. XYZ Corp. is moving its headquarters/opening a factory in Pleasantville, State. I've already seen some county and city websites have News pages where they'll post this stuff... any other pointers or good resources?

Hey @KJ L., thanks for replying, and sorry for the delay in my response! My price point is putting me in South Bay, Central LA, way out east and Antelope Valley. Although, I do think I'm gonna bypass buying here in LA to start and focus on buying out of state.
