Newbie very eager to get started

Hi my name is Deborah Pawling.  Looking for homes in the Alton, Illinois area. Have Associate degree in accounting. Since Jan. 2019 I have been researching investing in real estate, watching webinars, still have a lot to learn but eager to take the next step. I want to do rental and rent to own properties. Homes here are dropping their prices. In this area it is difficult to sell properties. I want to do rent to own to help people to be able to own their own homes. I seen a webinar that talked about renting out homes and that it's better to do rent to own' He said your profits are higher because you do not have to fix anything on the property.  Am real eager to get started.
