Hello! My name is Charles Hector and I am here on BP to learn everything I can about real estate. My experience is limited to what i have researched online. I'm working on my business plan, starting with SFR and moving up to MFR. My main goal is to eventually have enough passive income to let my kids build a bigger future for themselves and their kids.
