I have a investor that owns a property and is going to barrow 50k from me to complete the remodel via credit cards, accounts, and hard money. What is a fair return on this investment? The property will be completed and sold well under 6 months. I’m also providing excellent connections to great subs and taking care of some of the negotiations. I tried to search. I apologize in advance if it has already been asking. I let a friend stay in our rental for the last nine month for a discounted rent to get on his feet. He is now not paying rent and we need to evict him. Will this be more difficult without a lease? We offered him money to go away but he doesn’t have anywhere to go. Any other suggestions. Thank you

In Washington state, is it harder or easier to evict without a lease? The power is in hIS name and he has lived there for about 6 months. He hasn’t paid rent for a month and says he will move out but has been dishonest with his other agreements. so looking over my options. Thank you for any advice.

Hello everyone.  I have a few rentals here in Washington and have always used a very basic lease.  Does anyone have a good/well written lease they use or where to obtain one?

Looking for insurance on rentals in port orchard, Tacoma, gig harbor, Kitsap area. I would Appreciate any referrals. Also do any investors use online insurance company or prefer a local agent? Thanks for your time

I'm considering putting in a bid on this auction site. I Would love any information or experience that you have had with auctions. Do these auction sites clear title or Leon's? And lastly, the one I'm considering just came back on the mls, so can you put addendum with ur bid that still gives you the ability to walk away
