Are there any investors in the western Wyoming looking for properties? I am not trying to advertise as the rules with bigger pockets state not to, but just looking for people in that area I can work with. I know of some great investment properties, preferably flips.

When you start looking for your next deal, let me know. I am finding them all the time and am happy to shares one that don't work for me.

Since I personally work for a contractor as my day job I can see how jobs can change unexpectedly. But contractors should give you a solid hard copy schedule updated regularly, I have a few guys that work side jobs for me and I am getting interested in creating a business assisting real estate investors with finding and managing contractors.
