I am looking for an experienced investor who is interested in possibly doing a JV on a few deals. I dont have any of my own funds to put up at the moment for hard money or other financing, but what I lack in there I have plenty of deals I could do in my area and a good contractor that I partner with to do the work quickly and cheaply. look at fundingforflipping.com. they offer lines of credit from 50k-250k. they may only work for a couple of deals before your credit is done, but for flips they are great as they offer 0% financing on their lines if your qualified. 

They probably just mean flip the contract. instead flipping the house after purchase you just flip your contract for a profit.
