Nationwide Remote Surplus Funds & Excess Proceeds

I am working on a nationwide (doesn't start till 4/30/16) excess proceeds/surplus funds from Tax Sales and Mortgage Foreclosures.  I am looking for independent contractors who want to pick a county in the US that we agree to where you can get a list of tax sale foreclosure or mortgage sale foreclosure excess proceeds lists then determine if the docs I need can be gotten from the County Recorder's office or the Clerk of the Court.  I will teach you how to do this all and it is all realtively easy.  Once you have determined there is a county with a list and a recorder's/official records department you can work with, (there are 2,500 counties in the US!) you would then do your research on a particular property that was sold at auction that has excess proceeds (I will explain that also).  You will then fill out a form and submit it to me with copies of the docs required.  I will finish the doc and submit it to the company.  On average you could be looking at $2,000 per submission that gets paid. On average it is 5-10% of submitted claims get converted/paid so the more submissions you make the more chance you will see conversions.  You get paid when I get paid, which on average, if it converts, is 3 months after submission and acceptance by the company I am working with.   It's a great way to learn about deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgements, working with the tax assessor's office, the courhouse and the recorders office, all key elements in real estate.  If interested in knowing more, please contact me.   Thanks.  Thomas
