Hello everyone and thanks for taking the time to read this in advance. Im looking for an ADU builder. I have a property that has just under 5 acres so im able to build these ADU's to provide housing, I'm in the information stage and really looking for someone that can give me some real good info on this type of build. @Scott Swanson the cash on cash was at 16% and cash flow I don’t remember of hand but on the next one I evaluate if it’s ok I can dm you the numbers it’s always good to have another set of eyes and some that knows what they are doing to look at it…

@Bonnie Low thank you for the feedback and I was actually surprised at the prices in the Midwest and was asking myself how come these properties are not already bought up hahahah anyway I will add all those questions to my list thanks again

Hey everyone just had a quick question I’m looking at a property and the agent says the inspection has already been done and is going to send me a copy of it. Basically my question is should I go off that inspection or get my own done through another company. Thanks everyone for the feedback ahead time

@Sam Smith that's a really good way to look at it. I was drawn to Columbus for the way the numbers look when I run a property. Properties are still affordable with cashflow and appreciation opportunities. I am new to the game so maybe im looking at it wrong I hope not. I do have a sf rental property down the street from where im at now in california. No family or friends out there just strictly looking at numbers.
