Trying to refinance a mobile home with a cash out but nobody is touching it does anyone know of a lending company that is refinancing manufactured homes right now.. thanks in advance for all the response and or comments

Thank you for the advise. We currently own a manufactured home that we live in so I don’t think house hacking is in the plans.

Not really sure how it all works. I have a mon-fri 12-14 hr job not really shire hoe the mentor thing works. Do you hold classes? Do we contact each other directly. I’m as green as they come
