Hello Alton Phouvong. this can range from a few thousand to many more thousands. Do you know if it penetrated to the first floor walls and beyond because if it did it will be much higher than just remediating the basement. Follow Travis West for the perfect answers to questions you can ask.

Welcome Gerald Green. You found the best place to get some great information here on BP. Google REIA in your area and visit to meet other investors both new and experienced. Best of luck and with your background this can be a great asset but be careful not to over rehab because of your craft. I have seen other contractors get burnt doing that.

Hey Jose Flores. Some great wholesalers to check out are Danny Johnson, Sharon Vornholt, Jerry Puckett, John Fossetti to name a few.

Welcome Matthew Marshall. BP is a great place to seek information from many. Great time to start at such a young age and the market is a great time to invest as well. Of course with much due diligence.
You might consider partnering with someone that has some money. You find the deal and do all the work and they can fund it providing the returns are enough to split. This way you may not have to put most of your capital into your first few deals. Of course this requires time, credibility and patience but just and idea for you to think of.
Real Estate Investing can be very creative and many ways. Best of luck and stick to your plan.

Welcome Raden Mantuano. Keep learning here on BP and go check out your local REIA meetings to meet other investors new and experienced and ask one of the experienced ones if you can look at one of his projects and take him or her out to lunch. Take action.
Break through the fears with education and caution.

Welcome Collin Winchester. BP is a great place to start and get so much of questions answered. Check out your local reia like others have stated and certainly look at Karen Rittenhouse suggestions.
Best of Luck and starting at such a young age good for you.
