You may want to look into a new website "HouseFlipCapital.com." You may have to use Google to find it because it is still being worked into the other search engines.  The website has a very inexpensive House Flipper ($100.00/year) membership.  I believe that the more house flippers that sign up the better, because that will draw in investors and wholesalers where the house flippers are located.  You may be able to find other people in your area who are also new to the industry.  If you all work together, you may start business relationships that move all of you forward.  You may just find the relationships you need to start flipping much sooner that you thought possible.

I'm very sorry to hear about your wife. But it seems you are determined to move on with real estate and I think you have made a good choice in getting involved with BiggerPockets.  I am a new member myself and this is one impressive organization.

If you are interested in house flipping, investing, finding investors, or house wholesaling... you may want to look at a new website "HouseFlipCapital.com." You may have to use Google to find it, because it is brand new and is still being worked into the other search engines.  The website is very inexpensive for house flippers.  The intent is to bring in house flippers inexpensively, and that will draw in investors and wholesalers.

You will be able to be automatically notified of business interests that sign-up within your desired distance on a google map.

I am also located in Cranberry Township and am interested in investing in House Flipper website members in the Pittsburgh area.

You may want to look into a brand new website called "HouseFlipCapital.com."  You may have to use Google to find it because it is still being worked into the other search engines.  With a $100.00 House Flipper membership you will be able to register your business on the website.  Your business will be shown on a Google map that can be seen by other members.  I believe that once house flippers start signing up, that investors and wholesalers will follow.  You may come across some investors who are also looking to start into this business within your desired work area.  They may also be more willing to work with you on the terms to start themselves.

A notification system will notify you when businesses of interest sign-up within your set mileage distance on the map.

For a low price you can have an immediate internet presence on the website's Google map.  I believe that once house flippers start signing up, that investors and wholesalers will be drawn to the site.  Even if you do not need money or a house at this time, this website can help you secure your business plans longer term as you can also post your successful projects.

To find it you may need to "google" search for it, the website is still being worked into the other search engines.  You can sign up very inexpensively with a House Flipper account.  I believe that once house flippers start registering, that investors and wholesalers will be drawn in also.  You will be able to register your business, state your intentions and goals, and have pictures and links to videos.

You will also be able to set up notifications when businesses of interest sign up in your desired work area, as set by a distance on a Google map.

House Flippers now have access to the internet at a fraction of the cost of a professionally created website.  For a $100 annual membership fee, a house flipper will be able to describe their company's past successes, present activities, and future plans.  The company location will be shown on our map as a "House Flipper Business Location." The new member will also receive one more location on the map that may be either a "Completed Flip" or "In Progress Flip."  Additional locations on the map can be purchased for $100/year each.  The more a house flipper posts on the map, the more likely their company will be noticed by membership investors and wholesalers.  "Before" and "After" photos are encouraged.
