Wholesalers and investors in Sacramento area

Hey I'm a newbie to the rehabbing and flipping industry but my goal is to flip a house in the next six to eight months. I don't have a lot of knowledge and I was wondering if any of you BP followers can share some of your knowledge with me? I have the cash to invest but I'm just not sure if to try do it by my own or try to find an experienced partner to follow me in the first deal. Maybe you can share some of your thought with me or maybe help a bit Thanks

I'm not sure if you guys are in the Sacramento area, but there are regular meetups going on every month. You guys should go! There's one coming up on Feb 7th in Roseville.

I would first focus on understanding RE in general and how the business works. Things like how to analyze deals, types of loans, how people fund their deals, etc.

Once you're ready to get into flipping, I would try to team up with an experienced flipper in your area and invest with them. Maybe do a 40-60 split on the profit in exchange for them teaching you the game.
