Hello, The Los Angeles County courthouse post a list of new probate lists every week and sometimes keeps some old ones in there. How far should I go back to consider sending the petitioner a letter to buy there home would it be like 1 month or 2 months or 3 months or only 1 week?

Under the petition title in the probate lists cases. What would it say if the petition of probate was barely filed to the court, would it say "initial petition"?

The titles are Appoinment Hearing, Accounting Hearing, order to show cause hearong, osr re petition for final distribution.
