Lorelei Mooney, thank you so much for your inputs. I dont think he needs out bc there is still a renter payment. I will try @ 85K and see how it goes. Thanks again.

Hi,

Please help me to analyze this sitiuation:

out of state owner still owned 98000 on the 2 bedrooms and 1 bath house. The renter pay 1150 per month. The comp I pull from that area is between 85000 and 130000. Would I offer the owner @ what he owned?
Any inputs would be appreciated!

Dev Horn. Really appreciate your input. That's what I looking forward to. In the long run, I would definitely create my own LLC when I have familiar with the process.
Thanks again!

James Vermillion. I've contributed my list and postcard advertising money under my name and phone number thru her business. We both agreed to split half and half if I bring deals, call, get information from sellers, and she will finish the part that I could not perform until a deal close. She has her own business and she could operate out site this agreement. Gererally, I just offer my works toward the deal ( if any) to exchange for experiences, and we we can terminate it any time. Should the general contract is worked for this?

Thanks
Ned Carey. Thank you for your information.

Hi,

My name is Tam and I'm living in Denver, CO. I'm so glad that I found this forum because I'm in the process of leaning on RE. I've attended couple of meet ups from RE investment club and connected with another wholesalers in this area. The question i want to ask today is: should I contribute a small sum of money to advertise together with my new connection( other wholesaler) and learn the wholesaling process thru them.

Every responses are greatly appreciate.

Thanks
