Hello BP, my name is Brandon. Im a budding wholesale investor in Philadelphia,PA. For the past month and a half ive been having a hard time finding deals to close on. A friend of mine who use to work for a title company suggested that I contact other wholesalers for possible joint ventures. My problem is that I dont have a clue on how to construct a deal this way. I would highly appreciate if someone could explain to me how this would work. Thanks in advance.
