Hello, I have current loan on a manufactured home $51365 . The estimated value $225,000. If I want to refinance it for 15 years 3% fix rate the closing cost would be $2900. Does it worth it. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Will Barnard, I dont think the owner is motivated, he only wants to see how much he can get from this property. I only talked with him about 15 min, and he lowered from 160K to 140K.
Ned Carey How do I know exact value of the house? The house is original only 2 bed rooms, 1 bath built 1955. Owner convert a garage into a family room. He mentioned if the house to be listed, it needs plumbing, window, bathroom, and carpeting.
