How do I analyze a manufacturer home? How to compare with a regular built house? Any disadvantage when purchase it?

Thanks,

Tam Vo,

Some manufactured homes are better built than most site-built homes.

You may want to consider visiting manufactured home dealers to have hand-on experience of the difference. Visit the websites of the home manufacturers. Attend shows.

As with purchasing any real estate property, they all have advantages and disadvantages.

I have owned many manufactured homes. I have also been involved in mobile home parks and manufactured home developments. I have also been a manufactured home dealer.
