Hi Jennifer! I was helping a client of mine. He ended up modifying language from a residential lease, so can't be of much help on the lease. But he was able to find a tenant for the garage very quickly and they are storing some classic cars there. He is collecting $400/mo for a 2 car oversized garage here in Denver so you should be able to great shape to make some passive garage income!

Thanks Charles, do have a specific lease you have drawn up for this? Or know if a resource I could find one?

Looking if anyone has any experience renting a detached garage independently. I've got a home that has an unused 2 car garage with separate entrance that I'm looking to lease out. Specifically does anyone have experience with leases for a garage rental. TIA

Hey BP family! Looking for some advice on growing our business and using who, not how. Our portfolio has scaled up to 3 properties we will add 1-2 annually, both individually and through partnerships. I also have a growing business as a real estate agent. Bookkeeping and keeping the back end of business sharp and accurate is beginning to take time away from growth and I know this is not the best use of my time.

Im looking for bookkeeping services. I already have a CPA that does a great job for me. His team can offer services at $500/mo to manage bookkeeping for essentially 4 businesses.

Does this price make sense? Are there benefits to keeping booking in house with my CPA? Should I shop around? I’m not at all trying to be cheap and believe in paying for what you get. And I want it to be excellent. Just new to this arena.

Thanks for any advice!

@Andrew Dincola Yeah man I think you are 100% on the right path and you've got some good knowledge. May be worth talking with a strong lender who can help think of creative ways to keep it all going! Got lots of moving parts in this one, but I like you're just keeping options open, willing to get creative and find a way to hang on to as much equity as possible!
