@Ernesto Hernandez. I attended the 3 day boot camp with my husband, and we learned a good amount but we are really new to all this.  I like live interaction and different case studies to analyze deals.  We did not sign up for the mentorship/ coaching program at this time since we are still just learning the fundamentals, but that program is $38,500. We weren't ready to spend that kind of money, and we are attending a few other boot camps with other groups to compare.  We are doing another 3 day boot camp with Dave Lindahl's group called immersion training and another 3 day boot camp on raising private money.

My husband and I are newer to real estate investing, and we've taken a few seminars and just finished a 3 day boot camp with Dave Lindahl.  Next month we are doing another 3 day boot camp with Dave Lindahl's group and March another 3 day boot camp with Brad Sumrok's group.  We are reading recommended books from this forum and trying to learn the fundamentals of the business.

We are accredited investors and debating how to maximize investing $100,000.....passive investor on a syndication, make our own deal and find a sponsor on an apartment complex, use that as a 20% down on a smaller multi-unit? 

We didn't invest $40,000 into the coaching program because I wanted to use that money towards actively investing in something. Any advice please? I love this forum by the way.  I've learned a bit just reading from the bigger pockets forum.

@Paul B. I know this is an older post but I am attending Brad's 2 day seminar in March in Dallas.  Are there other meetups coming up by his students in the area? I am newer to investing and just went to Dave Lindahl's seminar about multi-family investing.  I would like to attend multiple seminars and learn as much as possible so I can make the best choice in investing my money. 

I am very new to investing, but I would like to start.  I just attended a free 2 hr seminar and signed up for Dave Lindahl's 3 day boot camp for MF investing in a few weeks.  I am so glad to come across this forum, and the synopsis of his book was helpful at a quick glance.

I would appreciate any advice for first time investors to consider going SFH, MFH, or passive investor for MFH first to generate more cash flow? I am willing to do all due diligence, work, attend any helpful seminars, coaching, mentoring, etc and willing to pay for learning and applyingin the most effective and efficient manner. I just would like feedback from more experienced investors that can give me some advice.
