Chris,

You always respond to emails that criticize/question your company and I this case your brother's products with class. And I'm sure it's not the easier thing to do.

It's a great skill and more importantly says a lot about you and how you handle your business.

Hi Carl,
Do you know if EECU will finance properties that located in other states other than CA.

I am trying to do the same thing and so far couldn't find banks that will do cash-out refi loan.

Any help will be much appreciated.

my two cents... from your question, it sounds that you just starting to invest in real estate.

The one red flag that I see with your numbers is the repair cost - 45-70k (can be higher than your purchase price). it sounds like a major rehab that I would not recommend if you are a beginner. for the first few deals I recommend minor repairs (i.e. carpet, paint, etc.)

I use Shelter Insurance Companies to insure my rentals in Memphis, TN.

I'm not affiliate with them, just use their services. They have been good to me and they are competitive.

Contact Brandon Vanderburg at [email protected] or 901-491-2414.

Good Luck,

Haim
