I’m about to start studying for my real estate license in California too and I just figure having the knowledge, being able to represent myself, and access to the MLS is worth it. Why not ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Soak up as much knowledge as you can on these forums and in books and just DIVE IN!! If you do your research and due diligence it isn’t as hard as you’d think! Good luck!

@Angel Morales It is pretty tough to cash flow in SoCal but it is possible! You have to look at twice the amount of deals others look at in other places and you may have to put up a larger down payment or get creative with financing but it's possible.
