Hi Billy!

Are you willing to work on your own or you want to work under a company? 'Cause the process of stepping ahead is different from each other.

Hi Ron!

I think that depends on one's intention of buying. If I want to buy house for my own, then I'd go with the first option. No mortgage no headache!

But if I want to do business, then buying five houses with a mortgage would help me more I guess.

Really love the new look! It's fresh and looks cool! :D

Hey there T!

Even I'm a beginner like you, and yeah you've chosen the perfect platform to learn and build relationships with experts. But I'm still wondering why you didn't try your luck on architecture? But tell you what, even if you haven't chosen that path, but that will add some real value to your RE profile.

Good luck buddy! See you around! :)

Hey Jay!

Of course you have the address now, why not put it in the local directory and see what comes out. I'm sure their will be some phone numbers or something you will be able to contact them through. Or just Google it! ;)

Me being a property buyer, sent them 2 e-mails but they don't seem to care. But I can't deny how vastly beneficiary and informative their website is. Maybe they aren't interested selling their listed properties to any agent.

I believe it's all connected to each other. You just can't point out one or two. To make a house "sell-able", the location is as much important as the price of the house is, the lighting is as much important as updated bathroom. Likewise a buyer might consider 1 or 2 thing, but on the whole he/she would want a complete house, and above factors all-together make a house complete and sell-able.
