Hello BP community. My name is Hector. I am a bit new to BP and the whole real estate business. I have a question for you guys. If you submit multiple offers at once, and get excepted for a few of them, what happens to the other offers that you don’t go with? Because they would technically be contracts at that point correct? Is there some kind of penalty or legal consequence, given that I have not have any deposit?

Hello BP community, my name is Hector. My wife Dana and I, are in search of our first investment property. We are looking at homes with extra room, that can be converted into a legal bedroom. Also with potential for ADU addition. How and where can I find a good contractor. Also if you guys have any referrals, that would be awesome. I am searching for homes in the San Bernardino area. Thank you guys in advance.

Hello B.P community, my name is Hector. I am fairly new to Bigger Pockets and the whole real estate business. My wife and I, are in search of our first home, in which we will house hack. We are looking at multifamily, or signal family, with ADU or potential to add ADU. Any advice on how to snatch up a deal in these rough times for buyers. Thank you in advance.
