Finding a good Contractor?

Hello BP community, my name is Hector. My wife Dana and I, are in search of our first investment property. We are looking at homes with extra room, that can be converted into a legal bedroom. Also with potential for ADU addition. How and where can I find a good contractor. Also if you guys have any referrals, that would be awesome. I am searching for homes in the San Bernardino area.
