Nathan I understand and respect what your saying, and most definitely intend and have already started taking steps to getting my situation straightened out. Although I am determined on making this happen one way or another, but thank you for your feed back.

Will thank you very much. This is great advice. I was not aware that there were long term harmony loans. I've herd about owner finance but don't know too much about it. I will definitely look further into both options. Thanks once again.

However our credit is poor, and I have been working under the table for quite some time, therefore have no proof of income. We’ve spoken to a few real-estate agents and lenders, and all say it won’t be possible. Is there anyway it can be done?
